The Hagley Golf Club’s AGM will be held at 8.30am on Saturday 9 December 2017.
Nominations are called for the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Captain, Vice-Captain and 3 Executive members.
Nomination forms are available to download on the club website or at the clubhouse. Please note nominations close on 26 November.
The Agenda for the AGM and Annual Report (containing executive reports and a summary statement of financial position and a cash flow statement) can be picked up at the shop office from 3 December. They can be emailed to members upon request. A full statement of the Club’s financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2017 is also available from the shop office from 3 December.
