The Hagley Golf Club’s AGM will be held at 8.30am on Saturday 15 December 2018.
Nomination and Election of Officers and Committee
Nominations are called for the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Captain, Vice-Captain and 3 Executive members. Nomination forms are available to download here, or on the link below, or at the clubhouse. Please note nominations close on 2 December. Nomination forms need to name the proposers and seconders and need to be signed by the nominee. If there is an excess of nominations a ballot shall be taken at the AGM.
The Agenda for the AGM and Annual Report (containing executive reports and a summary statement of financial position and a cash flow statement) can be picked up at the shop office from 3 December. They can be emailed to members upon request. A full statement of the Club’s financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2018 is also available from the shop office from 3 December.
