Hagley Golf Club is affiliated to Canterbury and NZ Golf, and all subs are inclusive of levies to Canterbury and NZ Golf. Affiliated members often receive cheaper green fees when playing at other golf courses.

| A | Full | Full membership of the club, full playing rights, full voting rights at any general meeting of the club. Available to both ladies and men. | $299.00 | $399.00 | $550.00 |
| B | University | Just the same as class A membership, all the same privileges but is designed for those that are currently studying at a tertiary institution. Available to both ladies and men. Must have a student ID from a registered tertiary institution. | $299.00 | Full Sub | $399.00 |
| C | Junior | This is for those students who are attending high school. If you have a handicap you may be able to play in some of the clubs competitions. | $120.00 | Full Sub | $130.00 |
| D | Junior | This is for those students who are at primary or intermediate school. If you have a handicap you may be invited to play in some of the clubs competitions. | $70.00 | Full Sub | $80.00 |
| K | 9 Hole | This class of membership entitles the member to play up to 12 holes per day. We do run 9 hole competitions in conjunction with most of the clubs competitions and again is open to both ladies and men. 9 hole members are entitled to an official 9 hole handicap. | $299.00 | Full Sub | $399.00 |
| H | Summer | Throughout daylight saving we offer a Summer membership. These members are entitled to play in all of the clubs competitions as well as trophy events that are played and finalized during day light saving. | - | - | $350.00 |
